Junior's Due Date - come and gone!

Wow. Can you believe that our little man is now 12 days old?! On Tuesday he will technically be 2 weeks old, although he will be two weeks old officially on Thursday. That's just an insane thought to me... I'm still kind of in awe.

Jaundice Update

We went back for a recheck on Friday, of his bili levels agian - the Dr didn't want to wait untill Monday and risk them shooting up over the weekend. Our little man was back up to 15 so we spent Friday night with a bili blanket. I now understand what Lizze ment when she said that Emmett John was a "glow worm". I wish I could get a picture of him at night with his bili blanket in his bassinett but they come out blury... I'll have to work on that one- he really does look like a glow worm then. Hopefully on Monday we will be ahead of the game!

Nona's Here!

We cheated yesterday, and took Jr to meet Nona at the airport when she came in. Unfortunately the sleep deprived parents that we are forgot the camera! Oh well. Jr slept through introductions anyhow lol. Although, once we got home Jr made short order of putting Nona to work - she got to change a diaper! (and there's no lack of wet/dirty ones of those let me tell ya!)

Jr is really enjoying having his Nona here.... she spoils him like no other!!!! lol but she says its her job, go figure
