Oh, My Sense of Humor

What's better then a three year old son of a friend giving your stomach a hug? His ten-month old brother falling asleep on your chest rubbing your stomach. (it was really cute.)

I've decided I'm going to go out and buy a couple tank tops and use those iron on transfers that you can print out on your own home computer to make some shirts for myself.

Some of the things I am thinking about are:

  • If I don't know you DO NOT touch the belly.

  • Yes I'm Pregnant - No I'm not fat.

  • Hey - I want something spicy!! NOW!(in a thought bubble)

  • Back away from The Belly or loose a hand

  • My husband came back from Deployment and all I got was pregnant (inspired by a shirt I saw on Cafepress.com)

  • Can I feel YOUR belly first?

  • Send Chocolate .. And No one gets hurt (lol for Lizze & Tiny)

  • If you didn't make the belly ... Don't touch the belly!

  • Waiting for my studmuffin to finish baking

  • No I'm not having twins (and yes that was rude)

  • The Highlight of My Day

So we finally got "the Damn trailer" registered this afternoon. The registration office at the country court house wasn't too bad. Especially for a friday - however I was forced to go down there but that's another story - and is MUCH quicker than any trip to the CA DMV that's for sure! Any hooo I'm easily distracted today, (given by the fact it's taken literally all day to post this) the lady helping the couple next to us at the counter reminded me of someone I just couldn't figure out who.... And then as we were leaving it hit me.

Roz from Monsters Inc! It took all I had to NOT laugh as I realized this. I promptly tried to remember her name and was having issues - so I asked Chris as we walked away from the counter to the elevator... "who does that lady remind you of?" and then did my best Roz impersenation,"Mike Wazowski" making Chris chuckle and he agreed. It's pretty sad the things that entertain me some days!

    Other than that,

Pregnancy wise, we are doing okay today. I was feeling like my stomach was getting a little tender on the way home (at the top of it - and Jr was moving towards the bottom) so I laid down and gulped a 1 liter bottle of water before making a decision to head back to L&D or not. After downing the bottle of water, my stomach doesn't feel as tender - which is good. Now it just feels empty and my husband is slacking on cooking us dinner!!!
