Anne, get your gun.
She can strike fear in the heart of anyone. Her presence is awe-inspiring when she knows she is in control. Her body language speaks of control, a larger then life presence that commands nothing but respect even from the lowliest of creatures. Even the most strong willed and bull headed of them all cower at her charge.
All with out a weapon. Her only weapon being her voice and the words she chose. Crowds would tremble and move to get out of her path. Stampede perhaps would be a better description of how quickly the masses moved to escape her wrath. Those unfortunate enough to not be quick enough relished in their slowness, praying for escape.
Now just shudder to think what would happen if she had managed to get dressed for the day and had made it out of her bathrobe and slippers!

LOL! I think that description applies to quite a few of us mommies these days.
The "Mommy" in question was my mother in law... there was an event here that lets just say inspired this post ;)
