Pictures are Worth a Million Words

Homecomings are an exciting time - no matter how long or how short the deployment. Anyone in the military community can appreciate exactly what the sentiment means "A Picture is worth a thousand words" - well in our case it's a million if not more.

Ronnie came home late Monday night, and luckily the boys (both of Jess' and Chris) stayed up to see him come home.

Hurry up! Daddy's coming!
Hurry Up! Daddy's landing soon!

Can you tell I'm excited?

What do you mean that Daddy's plane is Taxi-ing?! His plane is on the ground!

Waiting for Dad to de-plane.

Happy Daddy's Home!
Yep, We are Happy Daddy's Home!

As can be expected for a three year old, Trace has not let Daddy out of his sight. Colten is just happy being Colten and showing Daddy just how much he loves getting into everything. Jess is just happy to have her whole family all back under the same roof. The Jones are now into the "re-adjusting" period, and are getting ready for the next big thing :D
