Finding a Routine...

Seems ellusive!

All of our friends and family have gone home now. Jr and I made the 2 1/2 hour drive yesterday to take Sarah and Jason home via the airport in San Antonio with out Dad who had to go back to work. So after getting home last night, Chris and I realized that we are officially on our own.

Now it's time to figure out a routine, (which we have already realized is important) and figure out what works and doesn't work for us. We have already learned that Jr HAS to have a bath every night. Not because he's a stinky little boy or anything like that but because he sleeps SOOO MUCH better when he has one. And giving it to him at 10pm doesn't work. So we've learned it's bath by 9pm then he eats and mom gets anywhere from 2-3 hrs of quiet. :) Normally I've already put my pj's on and once he's down, I go down too. Last night however, I wanted a shower! So Chris watched the Olympics from our bedroom instead of downstairs w/ the DVR that he could pause or rewind. All I know is I had a nice shower and even had time to shave my legs! :)

It's amazing how little things like that seem like a big deal after you've added another little addition to the family ;)!
