Our First Trip Out of The House

Junior had his 48 hour recheck on his bili levels earlier this morning. It was our first outing out of the house as a family. Surprisingly, we were only five minutes late to the appointment. :)

The Pediatrition said he's perfect, just still a little yellow. They did another heel stick, and we should be getting the results soon. If he's under 18 but above 12 we'll be getting a bili blanket (a blanket with the lights in it) if he's over 18 our little guy will have to go back to the hospital :(. He mainly just still has the yellowish color in his face, so we are hoping that it's under 18 and we'll be able to treat him at home. Either way - the Ped said he was perfect and we agree :)

We have a winner!
In the baby guessing pool, Great Aunt Diane and Uncle Mario from Washington/Nevada (they are in transit I hear) won. They had the closest guess to the birthdate, guessing July 16th at 11am, and off by two oz on his weight with a guess of 9lbs 1oz. Congrats to them, on winning bragging rights ;).
