I think I love my Physical Therapist :)

I had my physical therapy appointment this morning. Chris was able to get off work to go with me, so the PT was able to show him how to effectively massage my back and not get too tired doing it (or hurt his own back). I about fell asleep on the table once Chris got the hang of what he was being shown :). However - the PT dr said that at this point I need to laydown more during the day. No sitting, I need to actually lay down. It's the only thing that is going to save my back. I was told to expect bed rest... so if laying down more during the day is what I need to do ;) I have a couple of good inspirations to follow!!

The Dr I saw to get my referrals... Chris and I agree, we don't like. I've seen her before and her bedside manner needs ALOT of work! I dunno, but common sense would say that if another doctor is sending me back to her to get a referral for something there is a rhyme and reason for it. She looked at the paperwork I brought her from Dr. G, and her immediate comment was,"Why doesnt' he want you to wait untill you deliver?" Chris' comment was, (and I was so glad he was with me today!!) "We've already had two gall bladder attacks with in a week early on, and a possible third attack with in the past month he wants to have someone on board if this is going to become an issue." The woman was just an idiot. I swear. So it sounds like they will give me the referrals... she is betting the urologist is going to look at me and say, "Come back if you have any issues." There are days I really don't like the military healthcare system. IF nothing else... if they are going to bring in civilian contractors... atleast get ones that have a personality and a bedside manner!
